FAQs

What is your return policy?

We have an exchange only policy. Due to the intimate nature of our apparel, items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with no visible wear and/or stains and/or marks, free of all odors and perfumes and free of loose hairs, skin flakes, oils and/or cosmetics.

If the product is defective, please return within 30 days and it will be replaced.

Special orders require payment at time of order and are non-refundable, non-returnable.

Do you sell products over your website?

Post surgical items are fit by our certified fit consultant. Some of the items are billed to medical insurance companies and must be sold in-store only.

Will my insurance cover this?

In most cases, insurance will cover prosthesis and bras with a doctor’s prescription. Compression garments vary based on insurance coverage. We file most insurance claims on your behalf and will need a copy of your ID and insurance card to do so.

We are in network with most BCBSMT plans, First Choice Health, Pacific Source, Allegiance, Mountain Health Co-op, and Medicaid. We are a non-participating Medicare provider. We do accept Flex Spending and Health Spending Account cards. Please call if you have any questions.

What can I expect in a fitting appointment?

We know how important a proper fitting bra is and how intimidating it is to stand in front of a mirror and another woman.
We bring our knowledge, expertise, and respect for our clients to each appointment.
The fitter will ask you to take off your top to allow a measurement of your chest wall (band size) and the fullest part of your bust. You will be measured over your current bra.
She will then ask if you are looking for anything specific (strapless, sports bra, everyday bra, or shape wear). Our consultant knows the styles and how they fit different body types best, and will offer bras and prosthetics she thinks will best accommodate your body type.
Once you have found a garment that fits your needs, we can then show you more styles or colors you may be interested in. We strive to find the perfect fit for every woman.

Do I need an appointment?

While an appointment to visit our shop is not necessary, we strive to provide personal attention to each individual. Our accreditation guidelines require clinical and intake assessment for any items billed to insurance companies, so dedicated appointment time is helpful to the fitter and a more efficient use of our customer's time as well.
